Abstract
Objectives: The purpose is to confirm the relationship between bite force and saliva through muscle exercise or stretching related to chewing, and to confirm the activation of the caustic muscles accordingly to help improve and prevent bite force and saliva secretion.

Methods: From November 14 to November 20, 2023, among adults aged 19 or older living in Busan Metropolitan City, a study was conducted on those who are not undergoing dental treatment or have no restrictions on bowing activities.

Results: The most positive results were found in Group 4, which performed Chin Tuck Against Resistance, stretching and massage together.
